For over 50 years, Dr. Margaret Woolsey Pinder has followed her dream to work with people as a personal advocate and resource who evokes and furthers their own destinies and dreams. Her focus remains on authentic, empowered living, drawing from a rich clinical and educational background to partner with seekers in the grand adventure of transformation.

A seasoned clinician and dedicated collaborator with NOSTOS Academy, Mrs. Linda Harrison brings a wealth of expertise to the team. As an LPC-S and LMFT-S, her career is defined by a deep commitment to clinical excellence and the empowerment of those she serves. With decades of experience in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, Linda works alongside Dr. Pinder to foster environments where authentic transformation and lifelong wisdom can thrive.

Ms. Karen Isbell
Ms. Karen Isbell, Margaret’s daughter, has joined the faculty with her multiple decades of educational scholarship, leadership, and artistry, within public education, higher education, and within the capacity of board member and chair of 29Pieces.org, the brainchild of Pulitzer Prize winner Karen Blessen, that creates monumental art for monumental change.

Ms. Katelyn Coney

Certifications by ICISF – International Critical Incident Stress Foundation in Individual and Group Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
As our first certified Nostos Seminars Co-Facilitator, in 2015, Katelyn continues to bring Nostos to new audiences and in new formats. Katelyn joins us to sponsor and co-lead our upcoming Autumn Retreat. And, through InSync Counseling, Katelyn works with clients, leads, and manages a large interdisciplinary team who offers trauma-informed services for people and organizations. Her emphasis remains equipping audiences with practical strategies that they embody as their learning with their living and leading. Katelyn consults with organizations and practice owners to develop healthy cultures, resilient leadership, and sustainable systems of care. She actively serves in leadership and wellness initiatives across Arkansas, bringing together key leadership from multiple governmental and social organizations. Katelyn passionately approaches wellness through a whole-person lens that creates true flourishing across whole systems.
